USING A SUPERBILL
If Mindwell Gardens is not in-network with your insurance plan, you may still have out-of-network benefits that help reimburse a portion of the cost of eligible services.
Upon request, we can provide a superbill, which is an itemized document containing information your insurance company may require when you submit a claim for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Coverage and reimbursement vary by insurance plan. Providing a superbill does not guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse you for services.
We recommend contacting your insurance company directly to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits before beginning services.

You do not need to use insurance to receive services at Mindwell Gardens. Clients may choose to pay privately for services rather than submitting claims through their health insurance.
Private pay may also be used when a service is not covered by insurance, when a provider is out-of-network with your plan, or when you choose not to use your insurance benefits.
