Our evaluations use the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, Second Edition (ADOS-2) along with other well-established, evidence-based assessment tools to develop a comprehensive understanding of each individual’s unique strengths, challenges, and needs.

Tests of intellectual functioning, often referred to as IQ tests, are structured to evaluate a range of mental capabilities. These tests assess abilities in several key areas, including: reasoning, problem-solving, abstract thinking, judgment, academic learning ability, and experiential learning capacity.

An exploration of social-emotional issues and personality characteristics to identify or rule out a range of diagnoses including (but not limited to): anxiety, mood, thought disorder, behavior, emotion regulation, interpersonal style, self-concept, and adaptive functioning.

An evaluation informed by up-to-date research that carefully considers the impact of cognitive, neuropsychological, and socio-emotional functioning, clarifies diagnoses and provides recommendations for improved functioning.
