Group Therapy

Group therapy offers a unique opportunity to connect with others who may be navigating similar experiences while developing greater self-awareness, confidence, and meaningful relationships. In a supportive group environment, participants can share experiences, learn from one another, practice new skills, and discover that they are not alone in the challenges they face. At Mindwell Gardens, our groups are thoughtfully designed to meet the developmental and emotional needs of participants at different stages of life. We currently offer three groups: Bloom & Belong, a social skills group for middle school girls focused on building friendships, confidence, and connection; Rooted & Rising, a therapeutic group for high school girls focused on emotional strength, confidence, and resilience; and Rooted & Renewed, a therapeutic group for women focused on connection, personal growth, and support through the unique experiences and transitions of adulthood.
